Service Alert – Computer System Upgrade

We are in the process of switching to a new computer system, so please bear with us during this update.  Clients may receive automated emails from the new system about patient vaccinations, etc.  We apologize for any repeat messages that may be generated as we learn how to set up these important reminders.  Please call us with any questions about messages that you receive from the clinic during this time.

Service Alert – Scheduling and Cancellations

Due to the high demand for appointments, please call our office 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Please note that there will be a $25 fee for last-minute cancellations and no-shows.  Please call us at 517-694-9510 to schedule, reschedule, or cancel an appointment, or with any questions.

Service Alert – Curbside Service Only

Due to the current pandemic, at this time, we are providing curbside service only.

When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and call the front desk at 517-694-9510 to check in, and a staff member will come out to your vehicle to retrieve your pet.

Our assistant will bring your pet into the clinic for the doctor to examine, then we will call or come out to speak with you about the exam findings and any recommendations. When the exam is finished, our receptionist will call you to take payment over the phone, and the assistant will bring your pet back out to you.
